·        Complete and submit application, Copy of a Photo ID and application fee of $50.00 for each applicant our Office. 2937 7th Ave South., Suite 106, Birmingham, AL 35233.

·        Make appointment to sign the lease by calling our office 205-250-0036 .  Provide certified funds, or a money        order for the  security deposit and first month's rent. Your rent will be pro-rated on the second month if           occupancy is  less than the full month. Please ask your leasing specialist for the pro-rated amount.

·        Provide a copy of your Renters Insurance at the Time you sign your lease.  

·        If a guarantor is allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for approval.
